People, we are about to really witness something so historic. A Black man in office, a black man in the White House! Omg! In our lifetime, what an amazing accomplishment for Black people. Make sure you vote! Remember a non-vote is a vote for the opposition.

I can finally see one of my black sons becoming president. I thank God for giving me an opportunity to experience this historic moment. The Black race has experienced so much hatred and racism in this world. We've come through a lot of demonstrations, fire hosing, dog biting, lynchings, separate bathrooms, supreme court decisions, inferiority complexes, slavery and a whole host of name calling right to this day.


This is a defining moment in the history of America.

I say to everyone to make sure you first vote and then pray for the safety of Obama and his family. Pray that God will keep him safe and sound and away from the clutches of the enemy.

The prayer of the righteous availeth much and will be heard. Pray and believe that God hears you and will definitely answer your prayers.

Now About Me

I am married and have 3 sons and 14 grandchildren. My husband and I celebrated our 37th anniversary recently.
I love the Lord Jesus and have been living my life for Him over 20 years. God has called me to Teach and that is exactly what I have done. I am a retired Teacher and also a teacher of God's Word. I am not retired from teaching God's Word, I will do that for the rest of my life.

I have written a book of poetry due out by December 08, called Expressions of my Heart. Please look out for it as it wil be available for purchase online in December 08.
I will also be publishing a book about my life in the earlier part of 2009. Look out for that book.

Something I Have Thought About

You are a result of every decision you have ever made in your life. There are no surprises in your life because what you attract to yourself has to do with the decisions you have made in your life. People have a tendancy to blame other people or even God for the things that go wrong in their lives. If you think about it, it is You who has the ultimate control in your life. I know, God is the author and finisher of our fate. However, do you really know that God has given you the ability to choose. God is hoping that you will choose what is right. He even lays it before you and tells you to choose, and gives you a heads up on what to choose, but, most people do not listen. They do what they want to do, and when the consequences come they are looking to blame someone else.
