Marijuana that is….Yes, Lil Scrappy is is addicted to Erica Mary Jane…so if you thought he would beat his drug test this time around, think again!

The Love & Hip-Hop reality star/rapper failed a court-ordered drug test after officials revealed a urine test Scrappy took last week came back positive for marijuana, TMZ reports.

After failing the court-ordered drug test, Scrappy’s lawyer confirmed the rapper will enter a rehab facility for treatment. #ThankGod!

You would think Scrappy would get his act together after he was jailed for violating probation back in March for trying to turn in a sample of  Erica’s pee from the fridge  an anonymous donor. Court officials immediately recognized game and informed Scrappy to submit another cup, but he refused.

Clothing manufacture D.N.A.M. Apparel industry just filed a countersuit against Lindsey in response to her lawsuit against the company.

In Lindsey’s lawsuit she states she had a business deal with D.N.A.M. in 2009 allowing them to manufacture clothes for her “6126″ clothing line but the company hit her with a massive licensing fee. Lindsey is requesting $1.1 million in damages.

According to D.N.A.M., the company did its best to sell their 6126 clothes to the high-end third party retailers, but by spring 2010, no one wanted to brand because Lindsey was back in rehab with all her drug habits playing throughout the media.
